Teaching English for Young Learners (6A, 6B, 6E)

This course is aimed to develop pedagogical competencies of ELE students in teaching English in primary level of education. Teaching Young learners, especially in the context of Teaching English as a Foreign Language) needs very special understanding of concepts, approaches, and strategies for teaching as well as appropriate media.  It is totally different from teaching adult learners. ELE students are required not only to understand theoretical basis underpinning TEYL but also to do practices in implementing the concepts into real teaching with real students.
