Paragraph Writing 2B

This course is particularly given to exercise the students’ skill in writing pharagraphs. This course is especially given to the students of the second grade of the English Education Department of UNDIKSHA. The teaching- learning processes combine classroom sessions, paragraph analysis activities, exercises, discussion, and project. The course requires the students to attend classroom meetings at least 75% of the whole, to analyze paragraphs based on a particular purpose(s), to report the result of their analysis orally or in written form, to do some exercises to improve their writing skill with various types of paragraph development, to discuss every problem they find during the processes, and to conduct projects on writing paragraphs. ICT is used in accordance with text source searching assigned to the students in order to elaborate and strengthen their knowledge on certain concepts previously learned. ICT is also used to check whether or not the students plagiarize someone else’s written work. Character building including Trust, responsibility, cooperativeness, creativity, care, honesty, and curiosity, are implemented, encouraged and developed within the teaching learning instructions whenever necessary
